Greg Denicola, Partner, is part of the team evaluating investment opportunities, as well as overseeing Grande Ventures' investment portfolio. Mr. Denicola's senior-level experience spans the areas of mergers & acquisitions, treasury, real estate, risk management, business development and financial planning & analysis across various industries including telecommunications, lodging and senior living, investment banking, and engineering services. Prior to joining Grande Ventures, Mr. Denicola was most recently Vice-President, Finance and Corporate Development at Broadwing Corporation, formerly Corvis Corporation. While at Broadwing, Mr. Denicola was part of the senior-level team that restructured and transitioned the company from an equipment supplier to a telecom service provider, which resulted in an over three-fold increase in the market capitalization and enterprise value of the business. He has also held positions within Marriott International, Citigroup (Smith Barney) and Environmental Elements. Mr. Denicola has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
